There's a reason why gamers look forward to E3 every year. Not only does the show give fans a chance to learn more about already-announced titles, but it's also used by video game companies to shock the industry with surprise game announcements. There are many surprise game announcements rumored for E3 2018 , and it will be exciting to see if any of them are accur

The combat is the most obvious example of Bug Fables borrowing liberally from Mario's roleplaying adventures. The way you attack enemies is dependent upon different timing sequences and button presses. Moves will require stopping an arrow inside of a meter or timing an attack by holding down the joystick until the right moment, and enemy attacks can be blocked by hitting the A button just as they hit you to reduce the damage you suffer. It's all very derivative, but excellent, and Bug Fables throws in enough of its own flair so it doesn't feel like a complete imitat

All of these details came up in a video that showed up on Reddit. Microsoft did not want any of us seeing it, so it was promptly removed but not before mirrors went up on Streamable (those were also taken down, by the way).

Perhaps the biggest title fans were anticipating from Square Enix at E3 2019 was Marvel's Avengers . While this game had been previously announced with a dark and ominous teaser, nearly nothing had been shown before this year's event. The E3 2019 trailer gave fans their first look at the game and its five starting heroes: Iron Man, Captain America, Thor, Hulk, and Black Widow (Ms. Marvel wasn't confirmed until later). As the trailer reveals, a celebration turns deadly, splitting up the team until five years later when new threats force them to reassem

It's also worth noting that Playground is still in the process of hiring more staff and building a team so a close launch date is certainly out of the question, lest another studio is secretly working on the project. It's also very possible that Fable 4 is being held back so it could launch for the company's next-gen console.
