The first round has two phases. In the first round, all you need to do is defeat all the enemies. Make sure someone on your team brings mods for barrier, unstoppable, and overload because champions will occasionally appear here. Once you've cleared the arena, the second round will begin. Here, your objective will change based on which enemy you face, but they all work the same way. You'll need to defeat a marked enemy to pick up an object, then use that object against an invulnerable enemy, blight, or some other target. If you're facing the Vex, you need to kill Headbearers and pick up their Void Cranium to fire beams at the Gatekeepers to break their shields. If you fighting the Cabal, you need to kill Bombtenders and throw their cores at the Commanders. Each enemy type will have different names, but they all use the same concept. The one that's slightly different is the Taken. For them, you'll need to kill the Paraversal Contestant who will drop a pile of void orbs, then throw those orbs at the Blight. Once you've eliminated all of the enemies, you can move on to the next ar

The main draw for this weapon is the consistency of damage and accuracy from any range, with precision hits further increasing the output. The catalyst even rewards the player for hip-firing the weapon by increasing the RPM and time-to-kill. With the right perk combination, this thing is an absolute must-have for any player wanting to dominate a lo

Begin the activity by walking forward into the rift between Xur and Starhorse to launch yourself into the first arena. Clear the enemies and activate the Wheel Of Adversity to select which enemy type your team will face in this first round. There will be some slight differences depending on which enemy type you get, but the general flow of the activity will be the s

Are you a fan of Shotguns or Fusion Rifles? Do you hate using Primary weapons? This build is right up your alley. Thanks to the Heavy Handed mod, you'll be able to use two Special weapons simultaneously and not run into ammo iss

It’s still the hardest-hitting sword in the game and it regenerates health with every hit. Not to mention, it’s intrinsically an anti-barrier weapon, which makes perhaps the best sword for endgame content. You have to own Beyond Light to get this, but the quest tied to it is pretty easy (and fun) to compl

Dares of Eternity is a six-player playlist activity you can access from the new Eternity node on the destinations map. It has two difficulties: a matchmade normal difficulty at power level 1150, and a Legend difficulty at power level 1320 which has no matchmaking opti

Unless otherwise noted, every mod that grants Charged with Light stacks will only give you one stack. You can have as many of these mods equipped as you have Combat Style mod slots, although you must have a buff-consuming mod on your armor for these mods to w

For those who decided to press on, they would eventually make their way to the Tower. Ghost introduces you to every NPC before you’re tasked with completing a Strike. Players are then greeted with a menu featuring a dizzying amount of options, some of which are locked behind an XP requirement or paywall. Assuming you finish the Strike, the game gives no guidance beyond increasing your character level. What’s a Power Level? What’s Crucible? Gambit? How do I get better gear? What makes a good piece of gear? Why are these planets locked? What should I do next?

What’s truly baffling is how these seasons could have been purchased individually, but only when first active. If you wanted to buy Season of the Chosen when it was active, it was only $10. Now? You need to spend $70 if you don’t own Beyond Light, and $30 if you do. When Bungie announced that seasons would be sold à la carte, the community was excited. Getting your friends into Destiny 2 DLC was going to be so much easier since you didn't need to buy three expansions and a year of seasons to let them play with you. Unfortunately, that couldn't have been further from the truth.
