Even though these perks can be unlocked at level 30-40 by simply partaking in the Bloodweb, The Shrine is a good alternative by purchasing them with 'Iridescent Shards.' These shards can be collected by completing trails and slowly building them up. The higher the player's level, the more shards will be rewarded.
